A young woman is taken hostage by a police officer gone mad.
The Soviet Union in 1984, the decline of the Soviet Era. The daughter of the Secretary of the Regional Committee of the Communist Party in a small town disappears one night after leaving a dance club. There are no witnesses, no suspects.
